Shipping costs vary according to weight, size and destination country of parcels and include packaging expenses. This particular amount is calculated and will be visible on your Basket page immediatetely before the order confirmation.
DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) EU countries are subjected to VAT tax and this is already added to the price of the purchase. Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain (UK), Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Hungary.
DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) Countries outside of the UE are not subjected to the VAT tax on the price of the purchase, but are at the customer's expense import duties, local taxes and customs fees.

Non-US citizens who DO NOT have a US Social Security Number can provide a CBP - Customs Border Protection - assigned number. Generally it takes 10 working days.

Your Basket
You may purchase up to a maximum of 3 items per order.
Once you have decided what to purchase, you will need to:
- fill in the delivery details
- insert your credit/debit card information (if you have chosen this payment method)
- verify all your order’s data on the Confirmation Details page.
As soon as your purchase is finalized your Order Number will be communicated.
Within a few minutes, you will also receive an e-mail confirming your order.
On the first page of the Basket, you can select the shipping and payment methods. The total amount of the order that you see on the first page of the Basket will be the exact total for which you will be charged, VAT and shipping costs included; only extra UE countries customs duties will forward: they cannot be estimated as each extra UE country has its own laws and they also depend on the kind of item and materials.
Return conditions
Your complete satisfaction is Misatelier’s main purpose. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return as many items as you wish and receive a refund for the items' price. It is not possible to exchange one product for another.
You can return one o more items within 10 working days from the date in which you received your order.
Misatelier will not accept returns which have been communicated or shipped back with delay or items that do not adhere to all of the required conditions.
All products available and sold by Misatelier come with an identification tag attached with a disposable seal. We remind you to try on your items without removing the tag or seal, as we do not accept returned products unless they are in the same condition in which they were delivered to you.
Before shipping your return items back to Misatelier, please complete the Return Form online in order to obtain the Return Number.
The parcel must be delivered to the courier within 10 working days from the date in which you received your order. If you are returning more than one item from the same order, they must be sent in a single delivery: Misatelier will not accept multiple returns from the same order, with items sent at different times. Remember that the return delivery costs are free of charge with the UPS courier.
If one of these conditions is not satisfied, Misatelier will not be able to accept your return items and they will be shipped back to your address at your expenses.
Return shipping is free with the UPS courier.
Included with your order, you will find a pre-printed label that you can use to ship your returned items to Misatelier. Please contact the UPS courier to organize the pick-up.
You may keep track of the return delivery with the UPS Tracking Number you find on your copy of the pre-printed label. Remember that your return must be sent from the same country in which you placed your order.
If you do not find the pre-printed label inside your order, you may ask UPS to bring a waybill at the moment of the pick-up. After having filled in the online Return Form, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to complete the waybill.
Refund times
Refund on credit card or debit card: refund times will depend on the card company’s policies.
Refund on PayPal: your refund will be visible in your PayPal account within 48 hours. The actual reimbursement to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card.
