Payments by card

You can choose to pay with a credit or debit card on the first page of your basket. MISATELIER accepts: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners e JCB.

If you decide to pay  with Visa ELECTRON you must obtain authorisation by the issuer bank for online purchase.
If you choose to pay with a pre-paid card, remember to keep it after making your purchase, as you may need it in case of a refund.

We guarantee the highest security level for every purchase. Payment data are collected through the most technologically advanced codification systems (SSL) and MISATELIER uses VeriSign secure server to ensure maximum protection. For international circuits Visa and Mastercard were adopted  security systems Verified by Visa (VBV) and Secure Code (Sc).

Payments with PayPal

You may select PayPal as a payment method on the first page of the Basket.
By clicking on CONCLUDE YOUR ORDER in the confirmation page, the PayPal login page will open up,  you will be able to enter your account and conclude your payment.
If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you can create one from the PayPal login page, before concluding your order.

Payment charges

For orders paid by credit card or debit card, MISATELIER will charge your card on the date in which the package is shipped.
For PayPal orders, your account will be charged on the date in which your order is placed.
In any case you will only pay for the items that have actually been shipped and for the corresponding shipping costs.

Card refunds

After MISATELIER receives your return item and checks that all of the requirements have been met, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

As soon as your return has been accepted we will request our Bank to issue the corresponding refund on credit or debit card you used to place your order. Please consider that processing times may take up to 10 days.

Once your refund has been issued, the necessary time for the amount to show on your card or account statement will vary depending on your card company’s policies.
