Shipping Methods

We offer two different shipping options to meet all your needs:
 

UPS Standard: (or UPS Expedited to extra UE countries) delivery in approximately 3-5 working days to Italy and UE countries; 5-7 working days to Usa and Canada and 10 working days to the rest of the world.

Express: delivery guaranteed in 1 working day for orders placed by 4.30 p.m. from Monday to Friday to Italy (1 further day if to Basilicata, Calabria, and islands); 2 working days to UE countries and 3 working days to the rest of the world.

Working days are Monday to Friday.

Tracking your delivery with UPS

You may track the delivery of your order by using the Tracking Number provided by the UPS courier.
You will find the Tracking Number for your order in the delivery confirmation e-mail.
The UPS courier service delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours and you cannot pre-book delivery times. The courier will try to deliver the parcel for three consecutive working days, leaving a notification each time, on which you will find a UPS contact number which you can find here-below: 

 Undelivered parcels will be returned to Misatelier.
